If you have not received the email from us containing your Username and Password please follow the instructions below.
1) While writing this ticket out you will notice the top right hand corner says "Hello (Your Name)!", click this and a drop down menu appears
2)Select Email History and this will give you a list of all the emails you should have received from us, Find the email that says "IPTV Service Details" Click on this and this will contain the full email with the relevant information.
